Located in the heart of Menifee, our practice is led by a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of medical experience since 2007, and since 2020 perfecting her education in the Aesthetics work. Gema our Nurse Practitioner combines advanced clinical expertise with an artistic eye for subtle, confidence-enhancing results.
Founder & Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Gema Castellon MSN , APRN
Gema Castellon is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner and aesthetic provider with nearly two decades of experience in women’s health, patient education, and compassionate clinical leadership. She began her nursing career after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Loma Linda University in 2007 and quickly developed a strong foundation in Labor and Delivery, where she served patients and families for nearly 11 years.
During her time in Labor and Delivery, Gema held several leadership roles, including Clinical Charge Nurse, Nurse Educator, and Preceptor. She became known for her calm clinical judgment, mentorship of new nurses, and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient-centered care. Her passion for empowering women and supporting families naturally led her to transition into a Women’s Health Clinic within a highly recognized healthcare system, where she continued serving as a Senior Registered Nurse.
In 2020, Gema’s curiosity and passion for aesthetic medicine inspired her to expand her expertise into the world of cosmetic treatments. She pursued advanced training, completed specialized aesthetic courses, and shadowed respected physicians in her community to refine her clinical technique and artistic eye. Motivated by her dedication to excellence and patient confidence, she advanced her education and became a Nurse Practitioner in 2024. Shortly thereafter, she fulfilled a long-standing vision by opening her own solo aesthetic practice, where she combines medical precision with a personalized, natural-results approach to care.
Gema is known for her warm bedside manner, attention to detail, and commitment to helping patients feel confident, informed, and supported throughout their aesthetic journey. She believes aesthetic medicine should enhance natural beauty while preserving individuality and promoting overall wellness.
Outside of her professional work, Gema enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with her family. She is deeply family-oriented and especially passionate about caring for children. As a foster parent in her community, she demonstrates her lifelong commitment to service, compassion, and advocacy for vulnerable families.
Through both her medical career and community involvement, Gema continues to exemplify leadership, empathy, and dedication to improving the lives of those she serves.
Emily Lopez MSN, ACNP
Emily Lopez MSN, ACNP is a highly skilled and dedicated Acute Care Nurse Practitioner specializing in neurosurgery. A graduate of West Coast University (2001), Emily began her career in critical care at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, where she quickly distinguished herself as a clinical leader. During her tenure in the Intensive Care Unit, she served as both a Charge Nurse and Preceptor for the New Graduate Program, mentoring the next generation of nurses while maintaining exceptional standards of patient care.
Emily continues her service at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, where she plays an integral role in advancing neurosurgical patient outcomes through compassionate, evidence-based practice and strong interdisciplinary collaboration. Her commitment to service extends beyond the hospital setting through participation in medical missionary trips alongside neurosurgery teams and medical staff, bringing specialized care to underserved communities.
In addition to her clinical excellence, Emily is actively expanding her expertise in aesthetic medicine, regularly attending advanced trainings, professional courses, and conferences to remain at the forefront of emerging techniques and best practices.
As a bilingual provider, Emily is uniquely positioned to deliver inclusive, culturally responsive care to diverse patient populations. She is widely recognized for her leadership, dedication to lifelong learning, and unwavering commitment to improving patient experiences and outcomes.
Henessey Muñoz, BSN, RN, PHN
a compassionate and dedicated registered nurse who earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Coast University in 2025. She currently provides exceptional patient-centered care at Rancho Springs Hospital , where she supports both MedSurg and Telemetry patients as a new graduate nurse. Known for her attentiveness, clinical precision, and empathetic approach, Henessey is committed to improving outcomes and promoting comfort during every stage of the patient experience.
Beyond bedside nursing, Henessey is deeply invested in advancing her expertise within the aesthetic and skincare industry. She has expanded her professional training through Glow Academy by PRX (WiQo), where she developed specialized knowledge in advanced skin rejuvenation techniques, including the innovative PRX biorevitalization treatment. This training strengthened her understanding of collagen stimulation without needles, skin barrier preservation, and non-invasive aesthetic protocols designed to improve tone, texture, and overall skin health.

Dr. Asaf Presente
Medical Director
Dr. Asaf Presente is a highly experienced physician who transitioned from ICU/critical care medicine to medical aesthetics in 2023. He began his career as a physician-scientist (MD/PhD) and in private practice he has led several multi-disciplinary teams to improve operations or patient care. In addition to his three Medical Board Certifications, he received advanced training from the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine, completing courses in May and August 2022.
His extensive background ensures that his patients receive top-tier aesthetic treatments and he is excited to collaborate with other providers to offer the best in aesthetic medicine (especially those he has met through Moxie!). Presente's expertise in basic science, bedside medicine and now aesthetics makes him an exceptional physician in the medical spa industry.
